燃煤锅炉单塔双循环烟气脱硫工艺研究

文章针对燃煤锅炉烟气现有脱硫工艺存在出口二氧化硫排放浓度过高、脱硫效率无法达标的问题,开展了燃煤锅炉单塔双循环烟气脱硫工艺研究.在明确燃煤锅炉单塔双循环烟气脱硫反应的基本原理后,选择核心烟气脱硫设备,通过严格控制烟气脱硫过程中的液气比、钙硫比、pH等关键参数,设计了一种新的脱硫工艺.通过实例证明,新脱硫工艺的应用可以有效提升脱硫效率,降低出口二氧化硫排放浓度,实现燃煤锅炉二氧化硫超低排放要求.
Research on Single Tower Double Circulation Flue Gas Desulfurization Process for Coal-fired Boiler
Aiming at the problems of high concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions at the outlet and inability to meet the desulfurization efficiency standards in the existing desulfurization process of coal-fired boiler flue gas,this paper studies the single tower double circulation flue gas desulfurization process of coal-fired boiler.After clarifying the basic principle of single tower double circulation flue gas desulfurization reaction of coal-fired boilers,the core flue gas desulfurization equipment is selected,and a new desulfurization process is designed by strictly controlling key parameters such as liquid-gas ratio,calcium-sulfur ratio,and pH in the flue gas desulfurization process.Through practical examples,it has been proven that the application of the new desulfurization process can effectively improve the desulfurization efficiency,reduce the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide at the outlet,and realize the ultra-low sulfur dioxide emission requirements for coal-fired boilers.
