摘要

文章结合雄安至北京机场快线跨大广高速大跨度连续梁的结构形式和施工特点,基于现场试验方法,开展大跨度连续梁转体过程安全监控技术研究.结果表明,球铰转动法在不平衡称重测试中具有较好效果,转体桥梁不平衡力矩较小,摩擦系数小于设计要求;试转和正式转体过程中,主梁梁端振动、加速度及撑脚位移等测试参数均平缓变化,各项参数均满足相关规范要求,转体过程平稳有序.

Abstract

Based on the structural form and construction characteristics of the large-span continuous beam of the Xiong'an-Beijing Airport Express across Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway,this paper studies the swivel process safety monitoring technology of the large-span continuous beam based on the field test method.The results show that the spherical hinge swivel method has a good effect in the unbalanced weighing test.The unbalanced torque of the swivel bridge is small,and the friction coefficient is less than the design requirement.In the trial and formal swivel process,the test parameters such as vibration,acceleration,support foot displacement at the end of the main beam change gently,and all parameters meet the requirements of relevant specifications,and the swivel process is stable and orderly.
