玻璃钢复合材料由玻璃纤维和不饱和树脂组成,具有轻质、高强度、耐腐蚀等优点,被广泛应用于建筑和交通等领域.该材料通常被用于制作路基边坡防排设施,如急流槽、路缘石、拱形骨架等,玻璃钢复合材料的研究和开发可以有效提高边坡工程的稳定性和安全性.文章以河南安罗高速公路为依托,介绍了玻璃钢复合材料的成分、制备及其性能,并通过实例分析了其在路基边坡防排设施中的应用效果.结果表明,玻璃钢复合材料在路基边坡工程中具有较好的经济性和工程可行性.
Research on the Application of FRP Composite Materials in Subgrade Slope Protection and Drainage Facility
FRP composite materials are composed of fiberglass and unsaturated resin,which are widely used in construction and transportation fields due to their advantages of light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance.The material is usually used to make subgrade slope protection and drainage facilities,such as chute,curb,arch skeleton,etc.The research and development of FRP composite materials can effectively improve the stability and safety of slope engineering.Based on Anyang-Luoshan Expressway in Henan Province,this paper introduces the composition,preparation and properties of FRP composite material,and analyzes its application effect in subgrade slope prevention and drainage facilities through examples.The results show that the FRP composite material has good economy and engineering feasibility in subgrade slope engineering.
