摘要
大直径超高倾斜劲性混凝土圆柱施工是一种新型结构表现手法,符合当前建筑空间造型的发展要求.文章介绍了大直径超高倾斜劲性混凝土圆柱在实际工程中的应用,分析了因结构特征造成的施工难点,从模板设计与加固体系设计方面提升结构稳定性,从测量放线、钢结构深化设计与安装、斜柱支撑体系设计、钢骨斜柱调整与固定、混凝土工程等工序方面介绍了大直径超高倾斜劲性混凝土圆柱的施工要点,并制定了质量控制与安全措施.
Abstract
The construction of large-diameter super-high inclined reinforced concrete cylinder is a new structural expression method,which meets the development requirements of current architectural space modeling.This paper introduces the application of large-diameter super-high inclined reinforced concrete cylinder in practical engineering,analyzes the construction difficulties caused by structural characteristics,improves the structural stability from the aspects of formwork design and reinforcement system design,introduces the key construction points of large-diameter super-high inclined reinforced concrete cylinder from the aspects of measurement and layout,steel structure deepening design and installation,inclined cylinder support system design,steel reinforced inclined cylinder adjustment and fixation,concrete engineering and other processes,and formulates quality control and safety measures.
