摘要

在高速铁路现浇箱梁工程中,合理运用上行式移动模架造桥机,有利于缩短工期,提高机械化造桥水平,充分维护施工安全.过孔是开展下孔施工的前提,可以在施工期间为移动模架造桥机的安全施工提供必要的支持.文章以沈白高铁工程为例,介绍了其工艺原理,深入分析了上行式移动模架造桥机过孔技术,并从开模检查、过孔检查、合模检查等方面提出了保证施工安全的策略,以确保施工顺利进行.

Abstract

In high-speed railway cast-in-place box girder engineering,the rational use of the upward movable formwork bridge fabrication machine is conducive to shortening the construction period,improving the mechanized level of bridge fabrication,and fully maintaining the construction safety.Through-hole is the premise of carrying out lower hole construction,which can provide necessary support for the safe construction of the movable formwork bridge fabrication machine during the construction period.Taking Shenyang-Baihe High-speed Railway project as an example,this paper introduces its process principle,deeply analyzes the through-hole technology of upward movable formwork bridge fabrication machine,and puts forward strategies to ensure construction safety from aspects such as mold opening inspection,through-hole inspection and mold closing inspection,so as to ensure the smooth construction.
