The Application of Electrostatic Fabric Filter in Machine Tail Dust Removal Ultra-low Emission Transformation in Sintering Process of a Steel Plant
By analyzing the present situation of the sintering machine tail dust removal system in a steel plant,this paper puts forward the technical scheme for ultra-low emission transformation of the sintering machine tail dust removal system in order to meet the ultra-low emission requirements of steel enterprises.This transformation adopts a composite dust collector that combines an electrostatic precipitator and a bag filter.The original dust collector is transformed into a 1-electric 3-bag structure,and multiple components such as the electric field and inlet head guide plate of the original dust collector are upgraded to improve the efficiency of the dust removal system.The production practice shows that in the treatment of sintering machine tail flue gas and dust,the electrostatic fabric filter equipment is feasible,the dust removal efficiency is 99.99%,and the particle emission concentration is less than or equal to 8 mg/Nm3.
