摘要
EPC项目是一种综合性的工程项目,涉及多个环节及设备调试,设备调试是确保工程顺利交付和投产的关键环节之一.文章以金鼎H型钢EPC项目现场调试为例,探讨了EPC项目现场调试进度控制的重要性,分析了调试进度的影响因素,并提出相应的控制方法,旨在为EPC项目调试管理和优化提供参考.
Abstract
EPC project is a kind of comprehensive engineering project,involving multiple link and equipment debugging.Equipment debugging is one of the key links to ensure the smooth delivery and commissioning of the engineering.Taking the on-site debugging of Jinding H-shaped steel EPC project as an example,this paper discusses the importance of on-site debugging progress control in EPC project,analyzes the influencing factors of debugging progress,and puts forward corresponding control methods,aiming to provide reference for EPC project debugging management and optimization.
