摘要

随着我国新建公路的日益饱和,公路改扩建成为公路建设的必然趋势,冷再生水稳底基层因其成本低、效率高、质量好、环保性强等优点逐渐得到广泛应用.文章深入研究了原材料选择、集料级配分析、配合比设计、配合比验证等环节,最终确定生产配合比为新料(13.2~26.5 mm)∶沥青铣刨料(9.5~31.5 mm)∶水稳铣刨料(9.5~31.5 mm)∶沥青铣刨料(0~9.5 mm)∶水稳铣刨料(0~9.5 mm)=0.3∶0.13∶0.13∶0.17∶0.27.结果表明,水泥厂拌冷再生混合料满足各项质量指标,具有良好的路用性能.

Abstract

With the increasing saturation of new highways in China,highway reconstruction and expansion has become an inevitable trend of highway construction.Cold regenerated cement stabilized base course has been widely used due to its advantages of low cost,high efficiency,good quality and strong environmental protection.In this paper,raw material selection,aggregate gradation analysis,mixture proportion design,mixture proportion verification and other links are deeply studied.Finally,the production mixture proportion is determined as new material(13.2-26.5 mm)∶ asphalt milling material(9.5-31.5 mm)∶ cement stabilized milling material(9.5-31.5 mm)∶ asphalt milling material(0-9.5 mm)∶ cement stabilized milling material(0-9.5 mm)= 0.3 ∶ 0.13 ∶ 0.13 ∶ 0.17 ∶ 0.27.The results show that the cement plant mixing cold regenerated mixture meets the quality indicators and has good road performance.
