摘要
文章以城市高品质住宅小区为对象,分析了高品质住宅小区规划设计存在的问题,其中,生态环境单调、活动空间有限、服务设施不全、住宅形式单一四类问题比较突出.以问题为导向,阐述了具体的规划设计改进措施,旨在营造宜居的住宅小区,使小区的环境功能与社会功能相统一,建造满足人们高品质生活需求的住宅区.
Abstract
Taking urban high-quality residential community as the object,this paper analyzes problems existing in the planning and design of high-quality residential community.Among them,the problems of monotonous ecological environment,limited activity space,incomplete service facilities and single residential form are prominent.Guided by problems,specific planning and design improvement measures are expounded,aiming at creating a livable residential community,unifying the environmental function and social function of the community,and building a residential community that meets the needs of people's high-quality living needs.
