摘要
文章主要研究了BIM技术在济南遥墙街道某装配式建筑项目方案优化及外墙装配方案设计中的应用,利用Autodesk Revit软件对户型方案、预制外墙板、构造节点等进行三维模拟,并建立标准户型、构件库,从设计、生产、施工等环节辅助装配式建筑中的预制外墙拆分方案及深化设计,有效解决了装配式建筑设计重复工作量大、构件成本高、设计周期长等问题.
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the application of BIM technology in the scheme optimization and exterior wall assembly scheme design of a prefabricated building project on Yaoqiang Street,Jinan.The Autodesk Revit software is used to conduct three-dimensional simulation of the house layout scheme,prefabricated exterior wall panel and structural node,and the standard house layout and component library are established.The prefabricated exterior wall splitting scheme and deepening design in the prefabricated building are assisted from the aspects of design,production and construction,which effectively solves the problems of heavy repetitive workload,high component cost and long design cycle in the prefabricated building design.
