深基坑开挖对邻近浅基础建筑物的影响及保护方案研究

文章以广佛环线大源站为依托,基于基坑工程现场监测数据和数值模拟方法,分析了深基坑开挖对周边浅基础建筑物的影响.通过基坑工程现场监测数据验证了所建立数值模型的正确性,提高了基坑支护结构的刚度,基坑外土体加固及地下水位控制等方法有效控制了地表差异沉降及浅基础建筑物的变形.
Research on the Influence of Deep Foundation Pit Excavation on Adjacent Shallow Foundation Buildings and Protection Schemes
Based on the on-site monitoring data of foundation pit engineering and numerical simulation method,this paper analyzes the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on surrounding shallow foundation buildings based on the Dayuan station on Guangfo Ring Line.The correctness of the established numerical model is verified by the on-site monitoring data of the foundation pit engineering,and the stiffness of the foundation pit support structure is improved.The methods of soil reinforcement outside the foundation pit and groundwater level control effectively control the surface differential settlement and the deformation of shallow foundation buildings.
