Research on the Influencing Factors of Thermal Conductivity Detection of Self-insulation Blocks by Transient Plane Source Method
Transient plane source method is a rapid method to test the thermal conductivity of materials.A large number of scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive research on test equipment, test methods and principles, which provides new ideas for the rapid detection and determination of thermal conductivity of self-insulation blocks. However,it is found in application that moisture content, size, thickness and flatness will affect the detection of thermal conductivity by transient plane source method to varying degrees.Based on this, this paper uses orthogonal test design and one-way analysis of variance to analyze the thermal conductivity of each group,in order to shorten the detection time and improve the detection efficiency under the premise of reliable detection results, providing reference and technical support for relevant workers.
