为了缓解经济高度发展带来的交通压力,部分城市开始全面推进以刚性悬挂为主的城市轨道交通建设.机车的运行安全直接受到刚性悬挂系统的动态性能的影响,文章研发了一款刚性悬挂动态仿真软件,通过模拟机车运行时受电弓和接触线之间的运行状态数据并进行分析,判断设计方案的合理性,旨在为弓网动态性能提供理论研究依据,为施工中的刚性悬挂系统安装提供参考,减少实际运营中因弓网振动引起的离线、燃弧现象,延长弓网系统的整体寿命,提升其安全可靠性.
Research on Dynamic Simulation Method for Rigid Suspension
In order to alleviate the traffic pressure caused by highly developed economy,some cities have begun to comprehensively promote the construction of urban rail transit based on rigid suspension.The operation safety of locomotive is directly affected by the dynamic performance of rigid suspension system.In this paper,a rigid suspension dynamic simulation software is developed.By simulating and analyzing the running state data between pantograph and contact wire during locomotive operation,the rationality of the design scheme is judged.The purpose is to provide theoretical research basis for the dynamic performance of pantograph-catenary,provide reference for the installation of rigid suspension system in construction,reduce the off-line and arcing phenomenon caused by pantograph-catenary vibration in actual operation,and improve the overall life and safety reliability of pantograph-catenary system.
