Research on the Water Flow Capacity Test of Drainage Board on Tunnel Arch Wall
The waterproof and drainage design of railway tunnels in China follows the principle of"combining prevention,drainage,interception and plugging,adapting to local conditions,and treating comprehensively".Usually,drainage boards are set up on the arch wall in water-rich section to strengthen drainage.Because the drainage board is a point-like convex shell special-shaped structure,its drainage capacity only stays at the theoretical calculation level at present.In order to study the actual water flow capacity of the drainage board on the tunnel arch wall,based on a new railway tunnel,a section(10 m)in the tunnel is selected to carry out the research on the water flow capacity test of the drainage board.It is concluded that the drainage response speed of the drainage board is about 5 min,and its maximum drainage capacity can reach 3.37 m3/h.The research results of this paper provide technical reference for optimizing product structure,improving current tunnel waterproof and drainage status,and formulating standards.
