随着近年来全国各地大量地铁线路投入运营,地下线冷冻法施工的联络通道处受地下水、地质、外部施工等多种因素的影响,隧道及线路沉降情况日益突出.为对沉降稳定后的运营线路进行整治,研究和掌握下沉量≥81 mm时的轨道整治施工技术,规范运营线路施工流程,确保施工及运营安全.为整治施工提供切实可行的依据,经研究制定了地铁运营线路冷冻法施工联络通道沉降后道床结构整治施工技术.文章结合某市地铁 2 号线的施工实际,分析了施工过程中的施工工艺、控制措施和注意事项.
Analysis on Ballast Bed Structure Renovation Construction Technology after Settlement of Contact Channel by Freezing Method Construction on Subway Operating Line
With a large number of subway lines being put into operation across the country in recent years,the tunnel and line settlement has become increasingly prominent because the contact channel constructed by freezing method in underground line is affected by various factors such as groundwater,geology,and external construction.In order to renovate the operating line after settlement,study and master the track renovation construction technology when the settlement is more than 81 mm,standardize the construction process of the operating line,ensure the safety of construction and operation,and provide practical and feasible basis for the renovation construction,the ballast bed structure renovation construction technology after the settlement of the contact channel by freezing method construction in the subway operating line is formulated through research.Based on the construction practice of Metro Line 2 in a city,this paper analyzes the construction technology,control measures and precautions in the construction process.
