高速铁路连续梁工程悬臂浇筑施工技术研究

由于高速铁路因具有速度高、无砟轨道系统精度要求高、冲击荷载大等特点,因此对桥梁工程的施工精度、跨中徐变挠度、工后沉降有更为严格的要求.但在深水、高空、跨航道等多种复杂条件的综合作用下,悬浇连续梁施工难度大.为保障施工安全和效率,文章以工程实例为依托,研究了高速铁路连续梁悬臂浇筑施工技术,根据工程客观情况,着重分析了深水裸基岩环境下梁部施工特殊工法和技术要点.悬臂施工线形监控、应力监控结果证实了施工技术效果与价值可靠,可为同类型工程施工提供技术经验.
Research on Cantilever Pouring Construction Technology in High-speed Railway Continuous Beam Engineering
Due to the characteristics of high speed,high requirements for precision of ballastless track system and large impact load,high-speed railway has strict requirements for the construction accuracy,mid-span creep deflection and post-construction settlement of bridge engineering.However,under the combined action of various complex conditions such as deep water,high altitude and cross-channel,the construction of cantilever pouring continuous beam is difficult.In order to ensure construction safety and efficiency,this paper studies the cantilever pouring construction technology of high-speed railway continuous beam based on engineering examples.According to the objective engineering situation,the special construction methods and technical points of beam construction in the environment with deep water and bare bedrock are emphatically analyzed.The linear monitoring and stress monitoring results of cantilever construction confirm the reliable effectiveness and value of construction technology,which can provide technical experience for the same type of engineering construction.
