市政管道顶管穿越市政道路关键技术研究

由于路堤累积沉降量较大,施工效果差,文章研究了市政管道顶管穿越市政道路的关键技术,在工作井中安装顶管千斤顶和顶进导轨,顶进到预定位置;选择合适的工作井长度,并对施工井的井壁进行支护;将导轨固定在施工井的底面,添加垫块,保证连接稳定;合理选择后背结构;监测管道顶进过程中的偏离情况,纠正偏差,并通过沉降预测、压力控制等关键技术控制沉降;焊接机头与管段,完成顶管施工.测试结果表明,5个测试小组的路堤累积沉降量均在30 mm以下,结果符合预期,达到了较好的施工效果.
Research on Key Technology of Municipal Pipeline Pipe Jacking Crossing Municipal Roads
Due to the large cumulative settlement of embankment and poor construction effect,this paper studies the key technology of municipal pipeline pipe jacking crossing municipal road.Install pipe jacking hydraulic jack and jacking guide rail in the working well to jack into the predetermined position;select appropriate working well length,and support the wall of the construction well;fix the guide rail on the bottom of the construction well,add cushion blocks to ensure the stable connection;select back structure reasonably;monitor the deviation of the pipeline during jacking process,correct the deviation,and control the settlement through key technologies such as settlement prediction and pressure control;weld the machine head and pipe section,and complete the pipe jacking construction.The test results show that the cumulative settlement of the embankment of the five test groups is below 30 mm,which meets the expectations and achieves good construction results.
