复杂深基坑支护施工技术研究

在现代医疗建筑建设中,复杂的基坑周边环境是整个项目建设面临的重难点,特别是改扩建项目,因其与旧院区"零距离",做好深基坑的支护显得尤为重要.文章以某工程项目为例,深入研究基坑支护主要施工工艺及深基坑施工监测相关内容.该项目采用较为安全合理的喷锚结合旋挖灌注桩+三轴搅拌桩止水帷幕+内支撑梁组合支护体系,有效地控制了深基坑在开挖过程中围护结构的变形和位移,减少了对周边建筑物及地下管线的影响,实现了深基坑在施工过程中的安全与稳定,取得了较大的经济效益,对类似深基坑工程施工具有一定的参考价值.
Research on Construction Technology of Complex Deep Foundation Pit Support
In the construction of modern medical building,the complex surrounding environment of foundation pit is the key and difficult point of the whole project construction,especially the reconstruction and expansion project.Because of its"zero distance"from the old hospital area,it is particularly important to do a good job in deep foundation pit support.The project adopts a safe and reasonable combined support system of spray anchor combined with rotary drilling cast-in-place pile + triaxial mixing pile water-stop curtain + internal support beam,which effectively controls the deformation and displacement of the retaining structure during the deep foundation pit excavation,reduces the impact on surrounding buildings and underground pipelines,realizes the safety and stability of deep foundation pit in the construction process,and achieves great economic benefits.It has certain reference value for similar deep foundation pit engineering construction.
