应用组合铝合金模板的地下综合管廊施工技术研究

文章针对地下综合管廊底板、侧板、顶板施工质量不佳以及横向位移等问题,提出了应用组合铝合金模板的地下综合管廊施工技术:明挖地下综合管廊主体结构,采用自上而下、分层分块的形式开挖管廊,并布置管廊基坑围护,确保管廊主体结构施工质量;全断面预制地下综合管廊铝合金模板构件,管廊节段之间通过预应力筋连接成整体,减少管廊结构断面,为减小运输、吊重负荷提供保障;搭接管廊铝合金组合模板,管廊结构顶板、底板、侧板均采用铝合金模板构建,通过铝合金顶撑构件承受管廊自重,从而满足地下综合管廊的施工质量要求.
Research on Construction Technology of Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Using Combined Aluminum Alloy Formwork
Aiming at the problems of poor construction quality and lateral displacement of the bottom plate,side plate and top plate of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery,this paper puts forward the construction technology of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery using the combined aluminum alloy formwork.The main structure of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery is excavated openly,the pipe gallery is excavated in the top-down and layered block forms,and the foundation pit enclosure of the pipe gallery is arranged to ensure the construction quality of the main structure of the pipe gallery.The full-section aluminum alloy formwork components of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery are prefabricated,and the pipe gallery segments are connected into a whole through prestressed tendons to reduce the cross-section of the pipe gallery structure and provide a guarantee for reducing the transportation and lifting load.The aluminum alloy combined formwork of the pipe gallery is lapped,the top plate,bottom plate and side plate of the pipe gallery structure are all constructed with aluminum alloy formwork,and the weight of the pipe gallery is born by aluminum alloy bracing components,so as to meet the construction quality requirements of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery.
