新型悬挂式竖井掘进技术在沉井施工中的应用研究

文章基于德国海瑞克公司发明的垂直掘进挖掘机,介绍了一种新型悬挂式竖井掘进技术.上海竹园白龙港污水连通管工程应用了该项技术,相较于传统沉井施工工艺,新型悬挂式竖井掘进技术可以大幅缩短施工周期,对周边影响更小,符合新时代对绿色工地的号召.垂直掘进设备和管片采用预制拼装技术,可减少对于场地的需求,缩短施工周期,具有简约化、集成化的特点.超挖控制与井壁润滑可以减少竖井对周边土体的扰动,保证竖井的顺利下沉,文章研究内容可为类似工程提供参考.
Research on the Application of New Suspended Shaft Tunneling Technology in Caisson Construction
Based on the vertical tunneling excavator invented by German company Herrenknecht,this paper introduces a new type of suspended shaft tunneling technology.Shanghai Zhuyuan Bailonggang sewage connection pipe engineering applied this technology.Compared with the traditional caisson construction technology,the new suspended shaft tunneling technology can greatly shorten the construction period and have less impact on the surrounding area,which meet the call for green construction sites in the new era.The vertical tunneling equipment and segment adopt prefabricated assembly technology,which can reduce the demand for the site and shorten the construction period.It has the characteristics of simplicity and integration.Over-excavation control and shaft wall lubrication can reduce the disturbance of the shaft to the surrounding soil,and also ensure the smooth sinking of the shaft.The research content of this paper can provide reference for similar engineering.
