Research on Hoisting Technology of Super-long and Super-heavy Reinforced Cage for Diaphragm Wall
The hoisting operation of super-long and super-heavy reinforced cage is a high-risk link in the construction of diaphragm wall.Through mechanical theory analysis and calculation,this paper determines the reinforcement measures of reinforced cage hoisting and the selection of main and auxiliary cranes,studies the most unfavorable working conditions of each hoisting point in the hoisting process of super-long and super-heavy reinforced cage for diaphragm wall,and solves the problems of difficult overall hoisting,high safety risk and large equipment selection of super-long and super-heavy reinforced cage by using the method of air straightening and slot splicing of reinforced cage,so as to improve the safety of hoisting operation for reference.
