Electromagnetic Design and Performance Analysis of Large Split Structure Synchronous Motor
The electromagnetic design and performance of large split structure synchronous motor are discussed in depth to meet the urgent needs in the industrial field for large split structure synchronous motor with high efficiency,low noise and good stability.The structure and electromagnetic scheme of the motor are introduced.Through electromagnetic force wave and modal calculation,the electromagnetic force wave characteristics of the motor are analyzed,and the noise spectrum measurement and noise calculation are carried out.The mechanical calculations related to the motor,including the strength and stiffness of the rotor bracket and the strength of the shaft flange,are analyzed to ensure the mechanical performance and safety of the motor.A comprehensive performance analysis is carried out,including the comprehensive evaluation of the motor performance parameters,noise performance and mechanical performance.The purpose is to provide reference for the design and application of large split structure synchronous motor.
