闭环变风量控制系统在实验室通风系统中的应用

变风量控制系统在实验室建设中被广泛应用,有助于提升实验室的安全性和实现节能减排的目标.但由于排风柜面风速、实验室静压差、管道静压测量易受传感器安装位置、安装方式、气流扰动等因素的影响,给基于闭环控制方式的实验室变风量控制系统的设计与应用带来了挑战.文章从系统控制原理、性能影响因素出发,以变风量控制系统在某化学实验室中的应用为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法对实验室压力分布、速度分布、空气龄等核心参数进行验证.结果表明,基于性能影响对策优化后的化学实验室气流组织良好,满足排风柜设计使用和实验室化学暴露控制要求.
The Application of Closed-loop Variable Air Volume Control System in Laboratory Ventilation System
Variable air volume control system is widely used in laboratory construction,which is helpful to improve the safety of the laboratory and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.However,because the measurement of fume hood surface wind speed,laboratory static pressure difference,and pipeline static pressure is easily affected by factors such as sensor installation location and method,and airflow disturbance,it brings challenges to the design and application of the laboratory variable air volume control system based on closed-loop control method.Starting from the system control principles and performance influencing factors,this paper takes the application of variable air volume control system in a chemical laboratory as the research object,and uses numerical simulation method to verify the core parameters such as pressure distribution,velocity distribution and air age in the laboratory.The results show that the airflow organization optimized based on the performance influence countermeasure in the chemical laboratory is good,which meets the requirements of fume hood design and use and the laboratory chemical exposure control.
