Analysis on the Selection of Mining Supporting Equipment for Boom-type Roadheader in Metal Mine
A selection scheme of boom-type roadheader and supporting equipment for metal mines is put forward.Through engineering condition screening,the rock strength and cutting force model is established,and the surplus coefficient is introduced to select the machine with superior performance.At the same time,the key parameters of ventilation,dust removal and power supply system are calculated to ensure accurate selection.The application results show that the EBZ160 roadheader meets the requirements of rock breaking with a surplus coefficient of 209%.Compared with the traditional drilling and blasting method,the daily ore output is increased by 3.56 times,and the performance of the ventilation and power supply system is up to the standard.
