景山学校通州校区高中部D楼采用多功能复合金属屋面体系,屋面板与板之间为单咬合直立锁边,以实现良好的防水性能.但在安装屋面太阳能设备时发现,需要对金属屋面板进行开洞才能完成安装太阳能基础支座,这将对防水造成非常大的隐患.文章针对该项施工难点,介绍了金属屋面太阳能设备基础的防水构造及细部节点处理,并对施工工艺进行了详细阐述,以供参考.
Research on Waterproof Construction Technology for Metal Roof Solar Equipment Foundation
The multi-functional composite metal roof system is adopted in the D building in high school department in Tongzhou Campus of Jingshan School.The single bite vertical locking edge is used between the roof panels to achieve good waterproof performance.However,when installing solar equipment on the roof,it is found that holes need to be made to complete the installation of the solar foundation support,which will cause large hidden dangers to the waterproof.In view of the construction difficulties,this paper introduces the waterproof structure and detailed node treatment of metal roof solar equipment foundation,and expounds the construction technology in detail for reference.
