摘要

泡沫沥青就地冷再生技术可充分利用旧路面材料,达到低碳节能的效果,已被广泛应用于公路养护工程中.文章针对泡沫沥青就地冷再生结构组合设计方法,初步介绍了国内外冷再生设计方法,基于我国沥青路面设计方法,最终建议泡沫沥青就地冷再生参照我国改建公路设计方法开展设计;结合某工程实例,从泡沫沥青冷再生结构组合设计和层间黏结设计入手,初步探讨了泡沫沥青就地冷再生结构组合设计内容,旨在为类似工程设计提供参考.

Abstract

Foam asphalt cold in-place recycling technology can make full use of old pavement materials to achieve low-carbon and energy-saving effects,and has been widely used in highway maintenance engineering.Aiming at the combination design methods of foam asphalt cold in-place recycling structure,this paper preliminarily introduces cold recycling design methods at home and abroad.Based on the design methods of asphalt pavement in China,it is finally suggested that the design of foam asphalt cold in-place recycling should be carried out according to the design method of highway reconstruction in China.Combined with an engineering example,starting from the foam asphalt cold recycling structure combination design and interlayer bonding design,the combination design content of foam asphalt cold in-place recycling structure is preliminarily discussed,aiming at providing reference for similar engineering design.
