摘要

特高压直流(UHVDC)工程是我国现代电力系统中极具代表性的工程项目,由于其建设过程工艺复杂、设备精密、安全要求高、对环境影响大,因而对安全管理工作要求严格.安全管理作为特高压直流工程建设中的重要环节,对于保障工程的质量、进度和稳定运行具有关键作用.文章旨在深入探讨特高压直流工程建设安全管理策略,系统分析了UHVDC工程的建设安全挑战与问题,提出风险评估、技术监管、人员培训等改进策略,以期显著提高工程的安全水平,为UHVDC工程的可持续发展作出一定贡献.

Abstract

Ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)engineering is a highly representative engineering project in China's modern power system.Because of its complex construction process,precise equipment,high safety requirements and great influence on the environment,strict safety management are required.As an important link of UHVDC engineering construction,safety management plays a key role in ensuring the quality,progress and stable operation of the engineering.This paper aims to deeply explore the safety management strategy for UHVDC engineering construction,systematically analyze the construction safety challenges and problems in UHVDC engineering,and put forward improvement strategies such as risk assessment,technical supervision and personnel training,so as to significantly improve the safety level of the engineering and make a certain contribution to the sustainable development of UHVDC engineering.
