如何应对当下的压力和挑战及抓住行业转型的发展机遇,是当下建筑企业探索的重要改革事项.基于此,文章分析了建设工程造价控制管理过程中出现的部分问题,探讨了解决相关问题的对策,从项目前期、招投标、合同签订、施工等阶段进行具体阐述.
Abstract
How to deal with the current pressure and challenges and seize the development opportunities of the industry transformation is an important reform issue for construction enterprises to explore.Based on this,this paper analyzes some problems in the process of construction engineering cost control management,discusses countermeasures to solve the related problems,and elaborates in detail on the stages such as project preparation,bidding,contract signing and construction.
