摘要
随着我国建设市场的逐步开放,对外承包工程项目不断增加,设计-建造(DB)模式已经被越来越多国际承包商所采用,由于DB模式下业主与承包商之间的合同关系较为特殊,能否及时对已完成的工作进行计量并收到工程款对于承包商来说至关重要.文章提出了DB项目业主计量账单编制的意义,重点探讨了DB项目业主计量账单编制存在的问题和加强DB项目业主计量账单编制的措施,以期为类似项目提供参考.
Abstract
With the gradual opening of China's construction market and the continuous increase of contracted engineering projects,the Design-Building(DB)mode has been adopted by more and more international contractors.Due to the special contractual relationship between the owner and the contractor under DB mode,it is very important for the contractor to measure the completed work in time and receive the engineering payment.This paper puts forward the significance of compiling DB project owner measurement bill,focuses on the problems existing in the compilation of DB project owner measurement bill and the measures to strengthen the compilation of DB project owner measurement bill,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
