Quality Control Strategy for Sleeve Grouting Connection in Prefabricated Building
In order to deeply understand the performance characteristics of prefabricated building sleeve grouting connection technology in practical application and its influence on the stability of building structure,this paper studies the influence of structural characteristics and process measures of sleeve grouting connection on its quality and safety performance from three aspects:the key design points of sleeve grouting connection structure,the quality control of construction process and the quality control of detection process.The results show that the appropriate grouting connection design form,optimized construction process and strict later quality inspection are the key factors to ensure the expected performance of sleeve grouting technology in practical application.It is suggested that the monitoring and management of this technology should be strengthened in practical engineering applications to ensure the connection quality,so as to improve the overall performance and safety of prefabricated buildings.
