Research on Treatment Measures for Initial Support Deformation Invasion of a Shallow-buried Railway Tunnel in Southwestern Mountainous Areas
A shallow-buried railway double-track tunnel in southwestern mountainous areas mainly passes through fully-weathered and strongly-weathered basalt.During the tunnel support process, multiple deformation invasions occurred with the maximum deformation of 205 mm,which caused great difficulties to the construction. In order to solve the problems of surface subsidence, tunnel deformation and initial support invasion in construction, based on the failure characteristics of tunnel support structure, this paper analyzes the causes of tunnel deformation invasion, determines the temporary support form in tunnel deformation invasion section, adopts Cross Diaphragm(CRD)method to excavate, adopts tunnel anchor pipe radial grouting to reinforce surrounding rock, and adopts steel frame support and other support strengthening measures.Through the implementation of the above technical scheme, the tunnel successfully completed the treatment of deformation invasion, and achieved good reinforcement effect, which can provide reference for the construction treatment of similar tunnels.
