摘要
预制管桩凭借其高性价比、高承载力、高成桩质量、高施工效率等优越特性,被广泛应用于各类建筑工程桩基施工中.文章基于某小学工程项目,以建筑桩基预制管桩施工技术为切入点,在简述建筑桩基预制管桩施工技术的基础上,分别从建筑桩基、施工流程与施工技术 3 个方面明确了该小学工程建筑桩基预制管桩项目质量控制要点,旨在引导相关施工单位加强对建筑桩基预制管桩施工的重视,为提升相关施工单位预制管桩施工技术水准提供借鉴.
Abstract
Prefabricated pipe pile is widely used in pile foundation construction in various building engineering due to its superior characteristics such as high cost performance,high bearing capacity,high pile formation quality and high construction efficiency.Based on a primary school engineering project,taking the building pile foundation prefabricated pipe pile construction technology as the starting point,this paper clarifies the quality control points of building pile foundation prefabricated pipe pile project of this primary school engineering from three aspects of building pile foundation,construction process and construction technology on the basis of briefly describing the building pile foundation prefabricated pipe pile construction technology.The purpose is to guide relevant construction units to strengthen the attention to the construction of building pile foundation prefabricated pipe piles,and to provide reference for improving the technical level of prefabricated pipe pile construction of relevant construction units.
