随着城镇化进程的加快,城市排水管网日渐老化,传统的开挖修复方式已难以满足修复需求.近年来,我国城镇排水管道非开挖修复技术取得长足发展,紫外光内衬固化修复技术已成为应用最广泛的方法.文章通过分析紫外光内衬固化非开挖修复技术在实践应用中的难点,并提出相应的对策,旨在为相关人员提供借鉴和参考,推动城镇排水管道非开挖修复技术的不断发展和进步.
The method is to put curing materials on the inner wall of the pipe and use UV light to shine for curing to form a new pipe wall inner lining layer.However,there are also some problems in the construction process of this technology,such as difficult detection and positioning,poor surface pretreatment effect,difficult preparation of inner lining curing materials,and difficult UV lamp positioning,which seriously affect the repair effect.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the practical application of UV light inner lining curing trenchless repair technology,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel and promote the continuous development and progress of trenchless repair technology for urban drainage pipelines.
