The effects of vibration mixing and non-vibration mixing on the performance of concrete were analyzed by testing the initial slump, initial expansion and compressive strength at different ages under different working conditions. The results show that the 7 d compressive strength of vibration mixing(50 s)is increased by 9.95%,and the 28 d compressive strength is increased by 10.69%.Within a reasonable vibration mixing time, the initial slump,H60 slump loss, initial expansion and L60 expansion of concrete under vibration mixing conditions are better.
