混凝土振动搅拌工艺参数及其性能提升的试验研究

文章通过对不同工况下初始坍落度、初始扩展度、不同龄期抗压强度等指标进行测试,分析了振动搅拌与非振动搅拌对混凝土性能的影响.结果表明:振动搅拌(50 s)的 7 d抗压强度提高了 9.95%,28 d抗压强度提高了 10.69%,在合理的振动搅拌时间内,振动搅拌工况下混凝土的初始坍落度、H60 坍损失、初始扩展度、L60 扩展度更优.
The effects of vibration mixing and non-vibration mixing on the performance of concrete were analyzed by testing the initial slump,initial expansion and compressive strength at different ages under different working conditions.The results show that the 7 d compressive strength of vibration mixing(50 s)is increased by 9.95%,and the 28 d compressive strength is increased by 10.69%.Within a reasonable vibration mixing time,the initial slump,H60 slump loss,initial expansion and L60 expansion of concrete under vibration mixing conditions are better.
