Research on Reinforcement Technology for Local Cracks at the Joint of Concrete Overflow Weir Bottom Plate and Weir Body in Embankment Engineering
The existing reinforcement treatment technology has uneven distribution of settlement, and the anti sliding stability coefficient of the dam body does not meet the standards. Therefore, this article conducts in-depth research on the reinforcement treatment technology of local cracks at the junction of the concrete overflow dam bottom plate and the dam body in embankment engineering.Specifically,by calculating the slope stability stress values of the upstream and downstream slopes, specific allowable values for embankments are set.Treat the surface of cracks and select suitable steel plates for pasting.Determine the repair scope based on the specific situation of the cracks, pour the pre prepared mortar into the concrete, and add solvents to the slurry to increase its viscosity, making the filling effect more obvious. After rust removal treatment, apply rust proof material to the steel bars and then fill with sealing material to repair cracks. The test results show that the settlement values of the 5 groups of tests are all within-30 mm,and the settlement changes are relatively uniform.Under different working conditions, the anti-skid stability coefficient of the dam body is within the reference range of the safety coefficient in the specification(1~1.5),meeting the design requirements, achieving good reinforcement effect, and enhancing the waterproofing and durability of the embankment project.
