文章针对现有高层住宅施工用塔式起重机起重力矩小、起重能力差的问题,结合塔式起重机最大力矩条件,设计臂架腹杆变截面;遵循周期性优化原则,从拉杆的选材、受力分析、对比及附着的水平角度,实现塔式起重机臂架腹杆布局优化.通过对比臂架腹杆布局优化前后的塔式起重机,证明新的优化设计方案可以有效加大塔式起重机的力矩,提升起重机整体起重能力.
Optimization Design of Boom Web Layout for Tower Cranes Used in High-rise Residential Construction
Aiming at the problems of low lifting torque and poor lifting capacity of tower cranes used in the construction of high-rise residential buildings,Design a variable cross-section boom web member based on the maximum torque condition of the tower crane;Following the principle of periodic optimization,from the perspective of material selection,force analysis,comparison,and horizontal attachment of the pull rod,achieve optimization of the layout of the tower crane boom web.By comparing the tower cranes before and after optimizing the layout of the boom web,it is proven that the new optimized design scheme can effectively increase the torque of the tower crane and improve the overall lifting capacity of the crane.
