摘要

为研究挂篮悬浇技术的工艺要点和应用措施,文章以东营至青州高速公路改扩建工程中小清河特大桥为依托,重点分析了挂篮设计、挂篮拼装、挂篮预压、悬灌施工、预应力张拉等关键工序,提出了质量控制措施(注意事项).结果表明,该工程预应力连续箱梁制订的挂篮悬浇施工方案合理可行,施工全程安全状况良好,工程质量达到了优良等级.

Abstract

In order to study the process key points and application measures of hanging basket suspension pouring technology,based on the reconstruction and expansion project of the Dongying to Qingzhou Expressway of the Xiaoqinghe Extra Large Bridge,this paper focuses on analyzing key processes such as hanging basket design,hanging basket assembly,hanging basket preloading,hanging pouring construction,and prestressed tensioning,and proposes quality control measures(precautions).The results indicate that the hanging basket suspension pouring construction plan formulated for the prestressed continuous box girder of the project is reasonable and feasible,with good safety conditions throughout the construction process and excellent engineering quality.
