文章针对朝凌客专跨锦阜高速特大桥(32+48+32)m双线连续梁 0#块长度不足的问题,通过挂篮安装精确施工、BIM技术建模施工方案优化,利用其中一侧挂篮错位布置悬浇 1#块,避免了 1#块支架搭设、拆除的工序,也避免了特殊挂篮的使用,对场地受限不具备 1#块支架搭设条件的类似工程具有借鉴意义.
In response to the problem of insufficient length of the 0#block of the(32+48+32)m double track continuous beam of the Chaoling Dedicated Line crossing the Jinfu Expressway Extra Large Bridge,precise installation of hanging baskets and optimization of the BIM technology modeling construction plan were carried out.One side of the hanging basket was used to arrange the suspended pouring of 1#block in a staggered manner,avoiding the process of setting up and removing the 1#block bracket,as well as the use of special hanging baskets.This has reference significance for similar projects with limited site conditions and no conditions for setting up the 1#block bracket.
