文章主要分析了泥水平衡法顶管施工技术的工作原理和技术类型,并详细阐述泥水平衡法顶管技术方法,包括顶管机出洞、正常段顶进施工、顶管出洞、注浆减阻、顶管纠偏控制.研究表明,上述施工措施的采取有利于规范泥水平衡法顶管施工操作,明确工程侧重点,从而推进市政工程项目顺利开展,保障工程整体质量.
Abstract
This study mainly analyzes the working principle and technical types of the slurry water balance method for pipe jacking construction,and elaborates on the slurry water balance method for pipe jacking technology,such as pipe jacking machine excavation,normal section jacking construction,pipe jacking excavation,grouting resistance reduction,and pipe jacking correction control.Research has shown that the adoption of the above construction measures is conducive to standardizing the mud water balance method for pipe jacking construction,clarifying the key points of the project,promoting the smooth implementation of municipal engineering projects,and ensuring the overall quality of the project.
