钢筋混凝土直立式溢流堰常产生裂缝结构,影响建筑整体安全性和稳定性,文章对其裂缝成因及处理施工技术展开了研究,得出钢筋混凝土直立式溢流堰裂缝的成因包括混凝土配合比设计不当、施工工艺不合理、运行条件恶劣等.在此基础上,结合直立式溢流堰冻涨裂缝处理、增加外包混凝土厚度、加固混凝土排水与溢流堰表面电热保湿,提出一种新的裂缝处理施工技术.结果表明,新的施工技术的应用可以有效减少溢流堰上的裂缝数量,将裂缝长度、宽度和深度控制在规定要求范围内,保障结构的整体稳定性.
Research on the Causes of Cracks in Reinforced Concrete Vertical Overflow Weirs and Construction Techniques for Crack Treatment
Reinforced concrete vertical overflow weir often produces crack structure,which will affect the overall safety and stability of the building.In this paper,the causes of cracks and treatment construction technology are studied,and the causes of cracks in reinforced concrete vertical overflow weir are obtained.It includes improper design of concrete mix ratio,unreasonable construction technology,poor operating conditions and so on.On this basis,combined with the frost heave crack treatment of vertical overflow weir,increasing the thickness of outer concrete,strengthening concrete drainage and electrothermal moisturizing of overflow weir surface,a new crack treatment construction technology is proposed.The results show that the application of the new construction technology can effectively reduce the number of cracks on the overflow weir,and control the length,width and depth of the cracks within the specified requirements,so as to ensure the overall stability of the structure.
