Abstract
Under the background of accelerating global digitization process,construction project management is undergoing profound changes,and also facing new challenges and opportunities.With the aim of deeply discussing the role of digital technology,such as BIM,IoT,etc.,in construction project management and its transformative power,this study analyzed the ways to improve the efficiency of project management by optimizing processes,strengthening teamwork,and refining risk management.Future construction project management will rely more on data analysis and data-driven decision-making.The application of AI and machine learning technology will be more in-depth.Digital technology will further enhance the collaboration and communication among project participants and improve the overall effectiveness of the project.
