Application of Information Management Mode in Quality Control of Hospital Engineering Project
Under the background of information age,the traditional management mode is still adopted in the project management of some hospitals.Engineers often focus on the quality control of the construction site and do not pay attention to how to collect and use the quality information of the site;the construction unit ignores the information construction of management data.Therefore,this study analyzes the necessity of the reform of hospital engineering quality management mode,and on this basis,puts forward the problems existing in the application of information management mode in the quality control of hospital engineering projects,and then puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of information management mode,so as to provide reference.
