In order to meet the increasingly complex safety management needs in highway engineering construction, refined management has become a key means to improve construction safety. With the aim of providing a systematic solution framework and reference strategies for improving the quality of safety management in highway engineering construction, the study systematically explores the importance of fine management of construction safety in highway engineering, and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current management system, such as unclear risk assessment, outdated training mechanisms, and slow response to emergency measures;and effective management strategies were proposed, including clarifying risk assessment indicators, reforming the training system structure, optimizing emergency response plan processes, etc.
