The Dilemmas and Countermeasures of EPC Projects Fine Management
The EPC project model has significant advantages over traditional project models in accelerating project construction and optimizing project costs.It has been vigorously promoted in recent years.However,there are problems such as disconnection in various links and low level of informatization in specific project implementation.The article first outlines the EPC project management model,then points out the difficulties in project refinement management,and finally proposes feasible countermeasures for the difficulties in refinement management.On the one hand,it can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of EPC project refinement work,and on the other hand,it serves as an example to guide the development of other EPC project refinement management work.
