EPC is a general contracting model.Its complex technical application,multiple participants,and large scale have brought significant challenges to the general contracting management.Especially for EPC projects,which cover a wide range and require comprehensive management of various aspects,including project planning,resource allocation,cost control,risk management,etc.Integrating advanced information technology into the design,procurement,and construction of EPC projects can not only improve the efficiency of coordination and management,but also reduce project risks,control costs,and standardize project progress.Based on this,the article mainly introduces the integration of BIM technology with other technologies and how to apply it to the entire management process of EPC projects.This study aims to provide technical support for integrated management and enhanced management efficiency in the design,procurement,and construction stages of project construction.
