摘要
装配式建筑的结构性能及综合效益优于传统建筑,建筑企业应加强对装配式建筑的综合分析与实践应用,严格控制施工工艺,解决施工安全管理中存在的问题,保障施工质量和施工安全.文章分析了装配式建筑应用EPC模式的重要性,阐述了基于EPC模式的装配式建筑施工安全管理存在的问题,并提出了具体的施工安全管理措施,旨在保证施工活动有序进行,消除安全隐患,全方位保障人员人身安全及工程质量.
Abstract
The structural performance and comprehensive benefits of prefabricated buildings are superior to traditional buildings.Construction enterprises should strengthen the comprehensive analysis and practical application of prefabricated buildings,strictly control construction processes,solve problems in construction safety management,and ensure construction quality and safety.The article analyzes the importance of applying the EPC mode in prefabricated buildings,elaborates on the problems in the safety management of prefabricated building construction based on the EPC mode,and proposes specific construction safety management measures,aiming to ensure the orderly progress of construction activities,eliminate safety hazards,and comprehensively guarantee the personal safety of personnel and engineering quality.
