The investment in subway engineering is huge,and social capital participates in the project through PPP+EPC mode,undertaking the full life cycle work of investment and financing,design,procurement,construction,operation,maintenance,and other projects.Among them,investment control is particularly important.The article relies on a subway project under the PPP+EPC mode to analyze in detail the comparison between project settlement and budget.Starting from major changes,material adjustments,traffic diversion,greening compensation and other cost issues,suggestions for improving the design budget preparation are proposed,in order to provide reference for investment control of subway projects under the PPP+EPC mode in the future.
