The full process cost control of municipal road engineering projects is related to the economic benefits and sustainable development of the project.The article provides an in-depth analysis of the entire process cost control of municipal road engineering projects undertaken by Guizhou Transportation Planning Survey&Design Academe Co.,Ltd.,aiming to propose a scientific model and strategy.By studying the key links in the early stage,construction stage,and later stage of the project,combined with external environment,internal management,and technical process factors,a model for cost control throughout the entire process was established.Control objectives were clarified,control indicators were established,and corresponding control strategies were formulated.
