摘要
为解决两地之间公路不能联结而单独立项的大型公路桥梁工程被称为独立桥梁工程.文章以某独立桥梁项目为例,重点讨论了材料市场价格波动和项目所在地自然环境对独立桥梁造价中材料原价、运杂费、大型机械设备进出场费用等的影响,以及项目位置、技术难易程度、建设时间的紧迫性对潜在投标人数量的影响.总结了独立桥梁造价文件编制的三个工作要点,包括充分考虑项目自然条件、及时准确调查材料原价、科学把握市场经济规律等.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of large highway bridge engineering that cannot be connected by highways between two places and is a single independent project,it is called independent bridge engineering.Taking a certain independent bridge project as an example,this paper discusses the impact of material market price fluctuations and the natural environment of the project location on the original cost of materials,transportation and miscellaneous expenses,and the entry and exit costs of large machinery and equipment in the cost of independent bridges,as well as the impact of project location,technical difficulty,and the urgency of construction time on the number of potential bidders.Summarized three key points for the preparation of independent bridge cost documents,including fully considering the natural conditions of the project,timely and accurate investigation of raw material prices,and scientific grasp of market economic laws.
