Water conservancy project construction schedule control and cost management are the key factors to ensure the smooth progress of the project and control costs.Firstly,through the discussion of schedule control theory and cost management theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of construction schedule control and cost management of water conservancy projects,and points out the existing problems.Secondly,the construction schedule control strategy of water conservancy project is put forward,including formulating detailed construction plan,implementing schedule monitoring,introducing milestone management,establishing effective communication mechanism and so on.It also proposes cost management strategies such as formulating a reasonable budget,refined cost control,introducing a performance evaluation mechanism,and strengthening supply chain management.Finally,the collaborative strategy of schedule control and cost management is emphasized,including risk management,information sharing,continuous improvement and prediction and adjustment,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for schedule control and cost management in water conservancy project construction.
